As a customer of our tiling business, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the services we provide. To that end, we have put together this contract to outline the terms and conditions of our services, as well as your rights and obligations as a customer.

Project description:

  • Detailed overview of the services to be delivered.

  • Scope and specifications for the project.

 

Time frame:

  • Specifying the start and end date for the project.

  • Milestones or incremental progress if necessary.

Pricing and Payment Terms:

  • Total cost of the project.

  • Payment plan specifying deadlines and amounts.

  • Possible additional costs and conditions for adjusting the price.

Materials and Quality:

  • Specification of materials to be used.

  • Standards for execution and quality.

Disclaimer:

  • Clarification of liability for damages or delays beyond control.

  • How any changes or additions will affect the project.

Warranty and Maintenance:

  • Any warranties for materials or work.

  • Information on maintenance needs and recommendations.

Insurance:

  • The customer's and the contractor's insurance liability.

  • How any damages will be handled.

Guidelines for Changes:

  • Procedures for proposing and approving changes to the project.

  • How additional costs or time extensions will be dealt with.

Confidentiality:

  • Protection of sensitive information and data.

  • Customer privacy rights.

Termination and Cancellation:

  • Conditions for termination by both parties.

Signature and Date:

  • Space for the customer's and the contractor's signature as well as the date of conclusion of the agreement.

  • A thorough contract that covers these elements will contribute to clear communication, build trust and ensure safe completion of the project.

Scope of work:

  • We will provide all labor and necessary materials to complete the tile project as described in the project proposal, which you have reviewed and approved. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties.

Schedule:

  • We will do our utmost to complete the project within the agreed timeframe. Please note, however, that unforeseen circumstances (such as revealing problems in construction etc or significant problems) can cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timetable.

Payment:

  • The total cost of the project, as outlined in the project proposal, is due upon completion of the work or with project breakdown, and will be invoiced with 14 days due. In some cases, we can carry out a credit check. We can also send a-invoice for larger projects and material costs. Everything is carefully set up and will be communicated openly.

Warranty:

  • We stand behind our work and offer a one-year guarantee on all materials and labour. If you encounter any problems with the tiling during the first year, please contact us and we will sort it out at no extra cost to you.
